Emerson Human Resources is partnering with Journey Meditation on a program for staff and faculty to help you reduce stress, improve productivity, and live a happier, healthier life.
On Tuesdays, at 12 noon, Journey Medication teacher Jenna McTiernan leads 30-minute meditation sessions. The sessions take place in the Human Resources Conference Room, 20 Park Plaza, 13th floor. (Please come as you are; you will be seated comfortably in a chair; no lotus position required).
