Managing Under the SEIU CBA

Managing Under the SEIU Collective

Managing Under the SEIU Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) will be offered each semester (Spring, Summer, Fall). Managers of SEIU employees are asked to attend one training per year. That said, the sessions are being offered as a series and will not be the same content each time, so you’re welcome and encouraged to attend all three sessions.

Participants can expect discussions about:

  • Best practices for managing effectively under the SEIU CBA
  • Understanding specific articles in the SEIU CBA
  • Questions or examples raised by those in attendance

Because we have managers that work day and evening shifts, sessions will be offered in the morning and late afternoon.  Please only sign up for one of them each semester.

These sessions are being facilitated by HR staff.
