Change Beneficiaries

 

Instructions for Changing Your Beneficiaries

Follow these steps to add or change your beneficiaries:

  1. Select the Benefits application on your Workday homepage.

  2. Under the Change options, select Beneficiaries.

  3. If no beneficiaries are available, select Add.

  4. Select one of the following options:

    1. Existing Dependent or Emergency Contact: Available if these have been inputted into your Workday profile

    2. New Person as Beneficiary

    3. New Trust as Beneficiary

  5. Click OK.

  6. Based on your selection, fill out the required fields indicated by a red asterisk (*) and then click check mark in upper right corner of section.

    1. For a new person or emergency contact, a Relationship and Primary Address will be required.

  7. Click OK

Instructions for Editing or Deleting Your Beneficiaries

  1. Follow steps 1-2 to the left to access your beneficiaries.

  2. Click the Edit button on the beneficiary to make any changes or Delete the beneficiary.

  3. If editing, make any changes to your beneficiary, then click Submit

  4. If deleting, enter Effective Date and click Submit.
