Overview of FAQ

This FAQ is to help familiarize managers and provide answers to questions.

FAQ: Instructions for What’s Happening with my Team aka Finding Staffing Actions

Use the steps below to see where things are sitting with team changes (aka not yet finished staffing items within your team, or your subordinates’ teams).

  1. From main dashboard, click on MY TEAM Application.

  2. Click MORE under the VIEW Category.

  3. Click on the ORGANIZATION button (Note: NOT Org Chart Button).

  4. Find the “Supervisory Organization” or the team you want.

  5. Then Click OK. 

  6. Click on the STAFFING tab (third tab over).

  7. Under In Progress Staffing Actions, you should be able to see all current changes in play with in that team.

  8. To to see either the details submitted or past steps of the process click on the blue word (link) "Business Process".

  9. The Business Process page is separated into two tabs: 

    1. Details: See what was initiated.

    2. Process: See what steps have occurred.

  10. To see the Remaining Steps click the grey "Remaining Process" (Please note: that this page shows all possible steps left, some are relevant and are irrelevant).

FAQ: Instructions for Finding if Everything is all Set with my Worker aka Finding Worker History

How to see what is completed or still pending for your workers.

  1. In the SEARCH BAR type the worker that you are looking for.

  2. Once you've found the worker click on ACTIONS bellow their Photo, Name, and Title.

  3. Scroll down the pop-up menu to WORKER HISTORY

  4. Click VIEW WORKER HISTORY from the menu, to the right of WORKER HISTORY 

  5. You can scroll to find the specific change and if it was successfully completed or see who it is awaiting action from (you can click the blue business process word link for further details).

FAQ: How do I see what is happening with my job posting?

Note: The posting of a vacant position can only be done if there is a Job Requisition. 

  1. Click on the Recruiting Application.

  2. Click on either My Recruiting Jobs or Job Requisitions, pick whichever one works best for you.

    1.  My Recruiting Jobs: searches by Hiring Manager name.

    2. Job Requisitions: searches by keyword search.

  3. Once you've found the position/job requisition you are looking for click it.

  4. Inside the Job Requisition there are many tools to help you learn more about your job posting.

  5. There are several tab categories you can choose from.

    1. Overview: Specific picture showing overall progress and process.  

    2. Candidates: Shows Candidates who have applied. 

    3. Details: Shows you the specifics of the job requisition from when you initiated the process. 

    4. Organizations: Ignore. 

    5. Qualifications: Ignore. 

    6. Job Postings: Shows you where the job requisition is viewable.
