Gallup's research shows the most effective way to develop and empower people is to help them discover and use their strengths. Strengths-based development is about helping people recognize and develop their talents and strengths - and appreciate others' strengths too.

Purchasing Assessment Codes

Kellie Fuller (HR) is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coach and manages assessment codes at the College.  Please reach out before purchasing any CliftonStrengths codes!  Using our established accounts for purchases helps create efficiency and fiscal responsibility, as we can see who has completed the assessment previously.

• Staff: HR purchases assessment codes for all newly hired regular staff members. Codes are distributed during onboarding. Staff who did not complete the CliftonStrengths assessment during onboarding should reach out to HR for information.
• Faculty: If any faculty members are interested in purchasing assessment codes for individuals or groups, please contact kellie_fuller@emerson.edu to arrange this.  As a certified coach, Kellie can apply her discount code!
• Students:  Assessment codes are provided to incoming students who participate in the Emersion: Foundations of Success class.  If any staff members are interested in purchasing assessment codes for individuals or groups of students, please contact kellie_fuller@emerson.edu to arrange this.

For any groups, please send a list of names to kellie_fuller@emerson.edu, and we'll check to see who hasn't completed the assessment!

All CliftonStrengths codes include the Top 5 Report.  Gallup offers additional reports that provide insight into your strengths, how to develop them, and how to apply them to your personal and professional growth.

Already Completed The Assessment

If you've taken the CliftonStrengths assessment, sign in on Gallup's Website to access your reports! Use their support article if you cannot remember your account information. Once logged in, you will have access to your reports as well as learning resources offered by Gallup.

Personalized CliftonStrengths Documents

If you are an Emerson staff or faculty member who has completed the CliftonStrengths assessment, you can find your personalized CliftonStrengths Google Drive folder and create a shortcut for it:

1. Log in to your Emerson Google Drive.
2. Search:  Your Name - CliftonStrengths Documents
3. Click on your folder to open it.
4. Click the folder name, select Organize, then Add Shortcut to save it to your own Drive.

If you have completed the assessment but cannot find your folder, or you have not completed the CliftonStrengths assessment, please reach out to HR to discuss. 

Note: We recognize that names change or that you may have a preferred name.  If you'd like an update to the name on your strengths documents, please email kellie_fuller@emerson.edu, and we'll update them for you!
