Benefits-eligible staff working 26 or more hours and in positions with Salary Grades 8 and above, and full-time faculty are eligible for subsidized parking at Boston Common Garage. Monthly parking (7 day/24 hour parking) starts first of month; ends last day of month. Interested employees must submit a ticket to HR at least 7 days before the start of the first parking month. (Employees must also submit a ticket to HR 7 days before month end to request an end to monthly parking.)
Note that this benefit is in lieu of the other transit/parking benefits offered to staff.
Some staff in the following departments are also eligible for subsidized monthly parking.
- ECPD (Emerson Police Department)
- Facilities
- Housing & Residential Education (those required to live on campus)
