View Learning History

There are two ways users can see content they've completed in Workday Learning.  This allows you to click into the content for any links, videos, etc, again in the future.

Workday Learning

1. Log in to Workday.
2. Click Menu and select Learning
3. Click My Learning
4. Click View Learning Transcript. 

Career on Profile

1. Log in to Workday.
2. Click the profile picture and View Profile
3. Click Career from the side menu.
4. Click Learning from the top menu. 

Learning will show My Transcript.

Learning Transcript

The learning transcript has three sections:

• Not Started
• In Progress = if multiple lessons are included, not all have been completed.
• Learning History = completed

All content can be clicked into, allowing users to revisit and refresh the content.
