Medical Insurance

College contributes 50, 65 or 70% towards  medical coverage, per eligibility outlined in union contract.

1st of month following eligibility. Eligibility is determined by Academic Affairs at the beginning of the Fall & Spring semesters. If newly eligible for Fall semester, eligible for coverage starting 10/1; if newly eligible in Spring semester, eligible for coverage starting 3/1.

Dental Insurance

College contributes cost of Individual coverage under Base Plan towards all plans and coverage levels. Employees pay difference.

1st of month following eligibility. See medical eligibility for more information.

Diagnostic, preventive, & restorative services through Delta Dental of Mass. See here for current employee rates.

Vision Plan

100% Employee Paid

1st of the month after date of hire

Vision services and eyewear through EyeMed. See here for current employee rates. 

403(b) Tax-Deferred Annuity Plan

 

Voluntary Plan

 

Upon Employment. 

Faculty member may contribute on a pre-tax basis to Transamerica to Voluntary Plan. 

Mandatory Retirement Plan

College contributes 3% of salary.

Employee contributes 1.5% of salary.

Eligibility based on accrued teaching credits & union membership

Faculty member must contribute (condition of employment) on a pre-tax basis to Transamerica.

Transportation Benefits

Reimbursement of eligible transit and parking.
