To submit for the Wellness Reimbursement:
- Log in to your Harvard Pilgrim account (on the Harvard Pilgrim website)
- Select "Benefits & Coverage"
- 3Select "Discounts & Savings
- See section on Wellness Reimbursement. You can "submit your request online" or complete the "wellness reimbursement form" and mail it to Harvard Pilgrim.
