Preventive Care Services Information
On Harvard Pilgrim’s website, you can create an account where you can access detailed information about your plan. Included is information on your claims activity, a deductible tracker, a benefits summary, and an option to order ID cards.
You can access the PPO Plan Handbook (detailed benefits coverage information) through your online Harvard Pilgrim account.
To find In-Network providers in the PPO plan
- Go to the Harvard Pilgrim home page (www.harvardpilgrim.org)
- Select "Find a Provider" at the top right-hand side of the page.
- Click on "Select a Plan" under "Search without logging in."
- For Plan Type, select "PPO." For Plan Category, select "Standard Plans." Under Standard Plans, select "PPO".
- See the box titled "Looking for Care outside MA, ME, NH, RI and VT." (You may need to select your location first). At the bottom of the box, click on "Medical Provider Directory" or "Behavioral Health Provider Directory."
- The Provider Search tool allows you to search by name or by a number of different criteria, including specialty, location, hospital affiliations, gender, etc.
