Good Health Gateway Diabetes Program is a free program for those with any type of diabetes (including pre-diabetes) who are enrolled in medical coverage through Emerson.
The free Good Health Gateway Diabetes Rewards Program provides unlimited access and support in meeting your personal health goals from Certified Diabetes Educators: Pharmacists, Nurses and Dietitians. An additional benefit to the program is the coverage of all costs towards your diabetes medications and supplies (those covered under the Optum prescription benefit).
Good Health Gateway Diabetes Program will reach out to eligible Harvard Pilgrim members periodically with information regarding registering for the program.
