Emerson College contributes 75% of the health plan premiums for eligible staff and full-time faculty. For eligible affiliated faculty, Emerson contributes 50% or 65% (dependent on eligibility) of the individual health plan premium.
For the dental plan, Emerson College contributes 100% of the dental premium for individual coverage under the Base Plan. For family coverage under the Base Plan and for coverage under the Buy-Up Plan, Emerson contributes the same amount as for the individual Base plan; and the employee pays the difference between the full premiums and the employer contribution.
