Emerson College contributes 75% of the health plan premiums for eligible staff and full-time faculty. For eligible affiliated faculty, Emerson contributes 50% or 65% (dependent on eligibility) of the individual health plan premium.
For the dental plan, Emerson College contributes 100% of the dental premium for individual coverage under the Base Plan. For family coverage under the Base Plan and for coverage under the Buy Up Plan, Emerson contributes the same amount as for the individual Base plan; and the employee pays the difference between the full premiums and the employer contribution.
