New staff will want to arrange to get their ID first thing on their first day physically on campus. If you are remote only, please review remote ID information.
To obtain an Emerson ID:
- Submit a photo via Workday.
- You will receive a notification in Workday that your photo is approved.
- Email onecard@emerson.edu to schedule a pick up time.
ID Office
- Located at 114 Boylston Street.
- If you cannot make it during business hours, email onecard@emerson.edu to request your ID be brought to the Emerson Police Department located at 114 Boylston Street. The police department is open 24/7 and you can pick up your ID at your convenience.
